 Hubei Pangyuan Intelligent Manufacturing Base is located in the Rail transit industrial Innovation base of Huangpi District, Wuhan city, covering an area of 100 mu, with a total investment of about 1 billion yuan. It belongs to Shanghai Pangyuan Machinery Leasing Co., Ltd., a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Construction Machinery Co., Ltd. (Shaanxi Construction Machinery Corporation). Hubei Pangyuan Intelligent Manufacturing Base will be a large intelligent comprehensive manufacturing base integrating the manufacturing, remanufacturing and leasing of tower cranes.

 The research group first visited the factory, and gave full affirmation to the construction efficiency of the factory and the diversity of supporting facilities. Then the research team inspected the manufacturing and remanufacturing workshop, had a detailed understanding of the product information, process flow and safety management measures, gave full affirmation to the production products and process scale, and emphasized the importance of safe production. In addition, the area of the coating production equipment is investigated, and the green environmental protection performance of the coating production equipment is highly evaluated.

 Subsequently, the research group had a discussion and exchange with the main person in charge of Hubei Pang Yuan. At the meeting, the person in charge of the company introduced in detail the development process of the enterprise, the base construction and the construction and production in 2024. The research group listened to the report carefully, and gave guidance and suggestions on the future development direction of the enterprise and the priorities and difficulties of the business.

Zhang Jin district pointed out that PangYuan leasing tower crane manufacturing, remanufacturing and leasing services in the industry leading level, standardization, specialization, intelligent, large-scale production eye-opening, green coating production equipment line is the biggest bright spot, in the future to do the new equipment, leading technology promotion, application and summary work. At the same time, as a member of the Wuhan rail transit industry innovation base, the district government departments to Hubei pang yuan base manufacturing capacity, especially for the late have coating business demand enterprises to strengthen exchanges and communication, enterprise as far as possible to enterprises and Hubei pang yuan coating business cooperation agreement, reduce the demand of enterprise capital investment, increase Hubei pang yuan production and marketing, to achieve the goal of win-win.
